Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy is a specialized, medically oriented form of manual therapy designed to treat chronic pain, soft tissue dysfunction, and postural imbalances. It takes a whole body approach at understanding the source of pain. NMT has a focus on identifying and treating myofascial trigger points (tender spots) that can lead to referred pain like headaches and jaw tension.

Deep Tissue &
Sports Massage

Sports Massage is for any body looking for a target approach to solving their pain. Sports massage techniques include deep tissue, myofascial and soft tissue release, muscle energy technique (lengthening tight to muscles), positional release , scar tissue treatment and the use of therapeutic tools like cupping therapy. Athletes benefit from regular sports massage to prevent injuries, treat sprains & strains and relieve tension. People dealing with occupational pain like prolonged sitting or manual work greatly benefit.

Pregnancy Massage

Finding support during your pregnancy can take a lot of weight off your shoulder (Figuratively and literally). As your body and baby grow, a lot of changes take place; expectant mothers can deal with common discomforts like backache, leg cramps, swelling and hip pain. Pregnancy massage is recommended after the 1st trimester. You can either lie face down on a pregnancy bolster or lie on your side.
